The Penthouse Colombia can only be booked through this web site or by our representative in Cartagena -Mr. Juan Ventura.
In the past some of the other rental agents have claimed they can book the Penthouse Colombia. However, please be advised that Mr. Ventura is the ONLY person authorized to book the Penthouse. If anyone claims they can book the Penthouse Colombia other than Mr. Ventura then that person is not being honest and more than likely simply trying to steal. The Penthouse Colombia cannot be held responsible for any deposit unless the reservation is made directly with Mr. Ventura or from this web site.
The Penthouse is rented as a single unit that includes all three suites. We do not rent out the rooms individually. Of course, if only one person wants to rent the Penthouse that is fine but the price is not discounted if there is only one guest.
